Supporting Young Readers: We’re Joining the Books4Home Initiative

We’re excited to share that we are getting involved in the Books4Home project, a fantastic community initiative that helps children discover the joy of reading while giving pre-loved books a new life.

As part of this effort, the Steve Caunce office will be an official collection point, and we’re asking for your help.

📚 How You Can Help

We are looking for pre-loved children’s books suitable for ages 5–12, in good condition, to be donated by the end of May 2026. Whether it’s a favourite story your child has outgrown or books you simply no longer need, your donation can make a real difference.

🏡 About Books4Home

Books4Home is a community initiative that collects gently used books and gifts them to children, encouraging a lifelong love of reading while reducing waste. With the support of local schools and partners, the programme has already donated over 200,000 books, helping children to own, read, and cherish books of their very own.

❤️ Why It Matters

Having access to books at home can play a huge role in a child’s development, confidence, and imagination. By donating, you’re not only decluttering your shelves, you’re helping to open up a world of stories for a child who might not otherwise have access.

📍 Where to Donate

You can drop off your book donations at the Steve Caunce Head Office, which will be serving as a local collection point throughout the campaign.
