It’s great to announce the first of 12 charity donations.

This month’s award goes to CrossFit Warrington and will make their Adaptive CrossFit classes more affordable, reducing class fees for everyone.

Sian Edwards, the owner of CrossFit Warrington, said

“What a way to celebrate our Adaptive CrossFit classes!”

We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that Steve Caunce Ltd has made a generous donation to support our adaptive community! This incredible gesture means reduced class fees for everyone, helping to make our sessions even more accessible.

Our Adaptive CrossFit classes are open to anyone living with a neurological or lifelong condition. These sessions do more than build strength—they boost confidence, reduce the risk of falls, and bring people together through a powerful support network.”

Led by professionals, our sessions are run by:

  • Dr. Sarah Plant, stroke specialist physiotherapist
  • Sian Edwards, founder of the adaptive classes and a Level 4 REPS coach

Class Times:

  • CrossFit Warrington – Mondays, 11 am –12 pm
  • CrossFit Wollaston – Thursdays, 10 am –11 am

Over the past two years, we’ve witnessed incredible achievements—milestones that might seem small to some, but mean the world to our athletes:

Standing unaided. Getting off the floor. Picking up a phone. Regaining independence.

To our amazing volunteers—thank you. Your support has helped keep this program going, and we couldn’t do it without you.

We are immensely proud of every single one of our adaptive athletes. You continue to inspire us every week.

Here’s to progress, empowerment, and community – thank you, Steve Caunce Ltd!
