Interceptor Waste Disposal
Several commercial sites we visit have Interceptors, which are underground chambers that split oil, silt, grease, petrol, etc. from the drainage system before discharging into the main water course. These are compulsory in most modern commercial buildings.
If they are not emptied on a regular basis these interceptors can cause pollution and damage to the environment, resulting in severe fines from the Environment Agency.
Have you had your interceptors checked lately? We can inspect them for you - free of charge.
When instructed, we can monitor an interceptor and keep existing customers notified of any pending problem/s and, once approval is given, we can arrange to empty the interceptor. This is done under our Waste Carriers and Disposal Licence (No. NSO 543106) ensuring waste is legally disposed of at Registered Sites, and fully documented under our Duty of Care Certificates. Should the need arise we also work in close co-ordination with the Environment Agency.
Complete our Quick Enquiry Form or perhaps call us on 01744 746 860. Our range of Drainage services includes CCTV Surveys, Drain repair and Drain Lining.
